Mini Review:

Mashwi Restaurant is a Lebanese eatery in Luton. This is the ‘Mashwi Family Special’ platter consisting of grilled Chicken, Lamb Shish, Chicken Shish, Adana Kofta, Doner, Bread, Rice and Samosa. You are presented with a larger than life plate of food sufficient to feed a large group.

The food was slightly cold on arrival which was disappointing as cold meat doesn’t go down well. The chicken and lamb was dry and flavourless. In addition the rice was bland which combined with the cold meat resulted in a not so great experience. The only item of food remotely worth mentioning is the masala fish and chicken wings which were mildly flavoursome. The venue is deceivingly large, but the food was blatantly subpar.
